It looks like a Norvin, but it's largely built on Vincent's original frame. Anders Jerregård from Västerås rebuilt his Rapide in 1967 into this slightly more modern style.
Unfortunately, the bike caught fire quite soon after it was completed. The engine could be saved and now sits in an original bike. If Calle remembers correctly, Anders used a Vincent steering head/oil tank. The rear frame, which was quite similar to Fritz Egli's first frames, remains/was still there but is damaged by fire. Fritz Egli made one or a few frames with Vincent UFM and separate rear frame as well as his own swing. A man Sebastian from Germany owns a very early Egli frame based on a Vincent UFM that he showed photos of at the last meeting in Wagrain.
The bike was described in a fine article in Teknik för Alla (Technology for All) in 1967. The article can be found under the Press tab (but sorry, only in Swedish). .
