If you have obsolete books, parts or items lying around that you would not miss (and that fit into your luggage), you are welcome to bring them. Hopefully it will be an equally fun auction this year as well.

You pay DKK 1.410:- Danish Kronor to Den Danske bank, reg. 4085, account 3321018815.
For payment after 27 May, You must make a international payment as below on SEK 1950: -

The fee includes 2 nights in a 2 or 3-bed motel room, 2 breakfasts, dinner on Friday and Saturday evening (stronger drinks than soft drinks / light beer you need to pay for).

The PLACE
Sjögestad Motell
Motel website
Sjögestad Motell is possibly the country's oldest motel, built in 1954. Fleninge Motell (site of the SVC rally in 2016) was also built in 1954, so it is a bit unclear which is the very first. Sjögestad is located along the old Riks-ettan (National Rd 1) near Mantorp Park.

We will stay in 2-bed and 3-bed rooms with the possibility to park your bike outside your door. With experience and wisdom, the meeting hosts will distribute the rooms among the participants in an undisputably appropriate way. In the first place, couples will get the 2-bed rooms, but there is nothing that can be guaranteed. If you have special requests regarding whom you want to share a room with, you can state this when registering.
Do you wish to arrive already on Thursday, you can call the motel at +46-142-663500 and book a room for an extra night .

HOW TO GET THERE on nice roads
Address is Sjögestad Motell1, 583 92 Vikingstad, Sweden . Phone +46-142-663500

The easiest way to find the site from the highway, E4, is to take exit 110 at Mantorp Park south towards Mantorp. At the first intersection after 500 meters, turn left towards Vikingstad / Linköping. You are now out on the old National Rd 1. After 2 km, the motel is on the left.

Although the motel is located along a European road, it is possible to find more wonderful roads there. Some road tips to & from home are marked in blue. You can explore our Road Tips from previous years, e.g. the Blue Route where the motel is marked.

Lunch & coffee places on the way there, or on the way home .
These are some extra cozy places, most of them not cheap. Budget places can usually be found along the road, or you can look up IKEA in Jönköping or Linköping.

TRIPS SATURDAY
There will be several excursion options and we can go in small groups that are easier to keep together. So we will not organize a joint excursion, due to the higher risk of getting behind and lose your way.
You compose your own excursion by choosing one of the options, (or You stay behind at the motel and just take it easy). We can then go in smaller groups that are easier to keep together. On Friday night we can plan where and how to go. Guide / guides will be available for some of the excursions that attract the most participants.
There will be a car & trailer at the meeting place if anyone needs pick-up or assistance.

The distances (km) in the table refer to the shortest way there, one way.
